Tram Reservations

Transportation between your home and the island ferry terminal by tram is included with a general passenger ferry ticket.  Reservations made well in advance are highly recommended, as seats are limited.  Tram reservations do not guarantee a seat on the ferry, so you should arrive at least 40 minutes in advance.  Internet reservations coming to the island for drop off must be made at least one hour in advance and three hours in advance for pickup when departing the island.  When departing the Island, please have your luggage out 45 minutes prior to ferry departure time.  The tram will arrive 25-45 minutes before your scheduled ferry departure.  Example: If you are scheduled on the 9:30am ferry have your luggage out at 8:45am and we will be there to pick you up between 8:45-9:10am.   Please be aware that occasionally our ferry’s run a few minutes behind schedule, which will in turn affect the time the tram will arrive to pick up the departing passengers.  If at all possible, please make one reservation per party if the group is coming in on the same ferry.   For last minute reservations, if space is available, or for help call (910) 457-5003.
